I have started three companies: Exodus Mobility, building public transit infrastructure in Kenya; Platfot, an IoT studio for African agriculture; and WeCashUp, a payments API that grew to 14 markets across Francophone West Africa. Each one taught me something different about building where frameworks do not exist yet.
I have also operated inside other people's companies at moments where something needed to shift. Product and growth roles at Taxually, Shara, and SOTE across Hungary, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe. The skill I keep coming back to is knowing whether a situation needs a founder's instinct or an operator's discipline, and switching between the two without friction.
I co-invest with Victor Asemota through OmniAfrica, backing founders building infrastructure across the continent — payments, distribution, financial services. The parts of the economy that everything else sits on top of.
When I'm not building or investing, you'll find me running trails, swimming, or somewhere in a tea field in Kenya.
